the two weeks starting from the 3rd of November 2025.
Existing network resources may experience interruptions of up to three minutes
during different points of the upgrade process.

Week 1

- Monday 3rd of November during business hours: The Networking API will be down
for up to five minutes and changes to network resources may experience delays of up to 30 minutes.
- Monday 3rd of November -> Wednesday 5th of November of October during business hours: Routers will experience interruptions
which may be up to 60 seconds.
- Wednesday 5th - Friday 7th: All compute instances may experience network interruptions up to 40 seconds.

Week 2

- Monday 10th of November during business hours: The Networking API will be down for up to
