We are upgrading the Catalyst Cloud Alarm Service in the nz-hlz-1 region.
Between 12:00 and 14:00 NZDT there will be a period where the Alarm Service will be unavailable in the nz-hlz-1 region.
During the outage, the following functionality will be unavailable:
* The Alarm API will not be accessible. * Existing alarms will not be evaluated, and any configured alarm actions will not be invoked. * Orchestration Service stack auto-scaling and auto-healing will be temporarily unavailable. * Catalyst Cloud Kubernetes Service (CCKS) cluster auto-scaling does not use the Alarm Service, so will continue working throughout the outage period.
Full service will be restored by 14:00 NZDT.
If you wish to raise a support ticket, the Support Centre will remain available throughout the maintenance period. If you are a Premium Support customer and need to raise an urgent support ticket, please use that process as normal.
