Notice of interruption in the network service
#############################################

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read through this notification.

We will be upgrading the Network Service in the HLZ region twice over
the two weeks starting from the 21st of October 2024.
Existing network resources may experience interruptions of up to three minutes
during different points of the upgrade process.

Week 1
==========================================

- Monday 21st of October during business hours: The Networking API will be down
for up to five minutes and changes to network resources may experience delays of up to 30 minutes.
- Monday 21st of October -> Wednesday 23rd of October during business hours: Routers will experience interruptions
which may be up to 60 seconds.
- Wednesday 23rd -> Friday 25th: All compute instances may experience network interruptions up to 40 seconds.

Support will be available via your usual support channels. We have made efforts to ensure that
there will be someone available to respond to any concerns you come across in a timely manner
while this process takes place. Please make contact if you require our assistance or to report
any outage in excess of those expected (see above).
