Notice of interruption in the network service
#############################################

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read through this notification.

We will be upgrading the Network Service in the Hamilton (nz-hlz-1) region twice over
the two weeks starting from the 17th of March 2025.
Existing network resources may experience interruptions of up to three minutes
during different points of the upgrade process.

Week 1
==========================================

- Monday 17th of March during business hours: The Networking API will be down
for up to five minutes and changes to network resources may experience delays of up to 30 minutes.
- Monday 17th of March -> Wednesday 19th of March during business hours: Routers will experience interruptions
which may be up to 60 seconds.
- Wednesday 19th - Friday 21st: All compute instances may experience network interruptions up to 40 seconds.

Week 2
==========================================

- Monday 24th of March during business hours: The Networking API will be down for up to
five minutes and changes to network resources may experience delays of up to 30 minutes.
- Monday 24th of March -> Wednesday 26th of March during business hours: Routers will experience interruptions
which may be up to 60 seconds.
- Wednesday 26th - Friday 28th: All compute instances may experience network interruptions up to 40 seconds.

there will be someone available to respond to any concerns you come across in a timely manner
while this process takes place. Please make contact if you require our assistance or to report
any outage in excess of those expected (see above).
