The service upgrade has been rescheduled to Sunday July 28th, between 09:00 and 18:00 NZST.

We will be carrying out an upgrade on the system that powers our billing and user management services.

Between 09:00 and 18:00 NZST these services will be in a read-only state. You will be able to view your invoices and user settings from the dashboard as normal, but some actions will not be available e.g. changing user settings or inviting new users to projects. During this time, there will also be short periods where the billing and user management services may not be usable.

Full service will be restored by 18:00 NZST.

If you wish to raise a support ticket, the Support Centre will remain available throughout the maintenance period. If you are a Premium Support customer and need to raise an urgent support ticket, please use that process as normal.
