Hello and thank you for taking the time to read through this notification.
We will be upgrading the Network Service in the Hamilton (nz-hlz-1) region twice over the two weeks starting from the 13th of May 2024. Existing network resources may experience interruptions of up to three minutes during different points of the upgrade process.
Week 1 ==========================================
- Monday 13th May during business hours: The Networking API will be down for up to five minutes and changes to network resources may experience delays of up to 30 minutes. - Monday 13th -> Wednesday 15th during business hours: Routers will experience interruptions which may be up to 60 seconds. - Wednesday 15th from 18:00 until 22:00: All compute instances may experience network interruptions of up to 180 seconds.
Week 2 ==========================================
- Monday 20th May during business hours: The Networking API will be down for up to five minutes and changes to network resources may experience delays of up to 30 minutes. - Monday 20th -> Wednesday 22nd during business hours: Routers will experience interruptions which may be up to 60 seconds. - Wednesday 22nd from 18:00 until 22:00: All compute instances may experience network interruptions of up to 180 seconds.
