Catalyst Cloud will be upgrading the compute services in all regions beginning
0700hrs on Monday 18 March 2024 (NZDT) and will be complete by 1600hrs Tuesday
19 March.

During this time there may be a short disruption to the following cloud APIs:

* Compute instances
* SSH keys
* Load balancers
* Containers
* Databases

While the upgrades are in progress the above APIs may be momentarily
inaccessible or return an error if certain actions are requested. If this
occurs, please wait a few minutes and retry the action.

There will be no impact on workloads; these will continue to run without
interruption.
