Hello and thank you for taking the time to read through this notification.
We will be upgrading the Network Service in the Porirua region twice over the two weeks starting from the 16th of March 2026. Existing network resources may experience interruptions of up to three minutes during different points of the upgrade process.
Week 1 ==========================================
- Monday 16th March during business hours: The Networking API will be down for up to five minutes and changes to network resources may experience delays of up to 30 minutes. - Monday 16th -> Wednesday 18th during business hours: Routers will experience interruptions which may be up to 60 seconds. - Wednesday 18th -> Friday 20th: All compute instances may experience network interruptions up to 40 seconds.
Week 2 ==========================================
- Monday 23rd March during business hours: The Networking API will be down for up to five minutes and changes to network resources may experience delays of up to 30 minutes. - Monday 23rd -> Wednesday 25th during business hours: Routers will experience interruptions which may be up to 60 seconds. - Wednesday 25th -> Friday 27th: All compute instances may experience network interruptions up to 40 seconds.
