Update
Maintenance on the billing APIs in the nz-hlz-1 and nz_wlg_2 regions has been completed, and these regions are now operating normally.

The billing dashboard and the billing API in the nz-por-1 region require more time for the maintenance to be completed. We expect this work to be completed by 17:00 NZDT on Friday 6 December.

We will be carrying out maintenance on the billing dashboard and API services.

Between 09:00 and 17:00 NZDT these services may be unavailable for extended periods. During this time, you may be unable to view your project usage and invoices from the dashboard, and the equivalent API functionality will be unavailable.

Full service will be restored by 17:00 NZDT.

Dashboard and API services related to customer workloads (e.g. compute) are unaffected. Dashboard functionality related to user and project management will also continue to work normally.

If you wish to raise a support ticket, the Support Centre will remain available throughout the maintenance period. If you are a Premium Support customer and need to raise an urgent support ticket, please use that process as normal.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Dashboard, Hamilton region (APIs (nz-hlz-1)), Porirua region (APIs (nz-por-1)), and Wellington region (APIs (nz-wlg-2)).
